HARLEY A. FEINSTEIN has been practicing in Southern California for 28 years.  He has extensive experience in litigation (going to court).  He has years of experience doing transactional work (forming business entities, negotiating contracts, leases, etc.)

HARLEY A. FEINSTEIN is a graduate of U.C.L.A. and Whittier College School of Law. He practiced with the law firms of Fisher & Kreiner and also with Cook and Linden in Los Angeles from 1979 - 1985.  In 1985 he started his own firm in Beverly Hills. At the Beverly Hills office the firm specialized in personal injury, family law, and business transactions. In 1989 Mr. Feinstein relocated the practice to the San Diego area.

Mr. Feinstein is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California (Bar no. 87072)  He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorney's of San Diego, North County Bar Association.   Mr. Feinstein has won awards for his volunteer work with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers.  He is actively involved in community service organizations such as the Elks.  Mr. Feinstein is on the Board of Directors of the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce where he also serves as General Counsel.

Harley is married to Michelle Feinstein, C.P.A.  He has a daughter, Sarah, a 15 year old, who attends San Dieguito High.  In addition to being a lawyer Harley Feinstein is a professional musician.
